Cupid’s Charity is on a mission to find a cure for neurofibromatosis (NF), a genetic disorder that causes tumors to form on nerve tissue. NF is usually diagnosed in childhood or early adulthood.

Cupid’s Charity started when three friends decided to run through the cold streets of Washington D.C. in their undies for donations, the money raised went towards researching a cure for NF. Those affected with neurofibromatosis cannot cover up their tumors; and that is why the three friends (Brendan Hanrahan, Chad Leathers, and Bobby Gill) decided to make the run as exposed as they could be, as a sign of solidarity to those affected by the disorder. Since then, Cupid’s Charity has spread it’s undie run to 38 cities across the United States, and they’ve raised $16.9 million dollars so far! 100% of net proceeds are donated to the Children’s Tumor Foundation specifically for research.

Out of the Blue Screen Printing was fortunate enough to embroider some ultra plush robes for this year’s Cupid’s Undie Run. We adore being able to screen print and embroider garments for Cupid’s Undie Run for the third consecutive year! We really appreciate their business and everything that they are doing for the community. Thank you Cupid’s Undie Run, we will see you on the front lines armed with your most fashionable knickers.

Cupid’s Undie Run is coming to Denver on Saturday, February 23rd, 2019! If you feel smitten by Cupid’s Charity and want to participate, you can register for the event here: https://cupids.org/city/denver/
